Warranty Information

We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering parts and labor for only defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Free remote technical support is provided to assist with troubleshooting and repairs. If an on-site repair is required under warranty, we cover labor, replacement parts, and shipping of warranty parts.
  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or incorrect operation is not covered under warranty. In these cases, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts, repairs, & labor.
  • After the 24-month warranty, there's the option to purchase an extended warranty for each cylinder that costs $800 annually. For this extended warranty, we assume the cost of all replacement parts and shipping required for the machine.
